Do I need a contract?
There's a 3-month minimum on all plans — that's the time it takes to see real, lasting results from digital marketing. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You keep it. We'll hand over the full codebase. Hosting and ongoing services stop, but you own the website we built for you.
Is ad spend included in my plan?
No — ad spend is paid directly to Google by you. We manage the campaigns. This means zero markup on your ad budget.
How quickly will I see results?
Google Business Profile improvements can show results within days. Ads can drive leads in the first week. SEO and social media are longer plays — typically 2–4 months to see momentum.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans at the start of any billing cycle. We'll help you decide when it's the right time.
Do I need to provide content, photos, or anything?
Not much. For social media, we'll guide you with a branded photo and video direction guide (Premium) or simple prompts (Partner). We handle all writing, design, and publishing.
